Originally from Northern Virginia/Washington DC, Henry maintains strong ties to his roots while currently calling Dallas, Texas, home. With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Emory University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Henry’s academic foundation laid the groundwork for his interesting career.

Henry’s entrepreneurial history includes over fifty companies across various sectors. From Private Equity to Venture Capital, Waste to Energy to Oil and Gas, his ventures have spanned across diverse industries. Collaborating at times with his wife Olga of 25 years, Henry’s ventures have extended into Securities, Mining, Staffing, and Commercial Cleaning, demonstrating his versatility and acumen in navigating different business landscapes.

As a strategic advisor for a solar company, he saw its potential to revolutionize global solar energy efficiency. His involvement in the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO)-Dallas Chapter and The Young Presidents Organization (YPO) underscores his commitment to entrepreneurial excellence within the business community.

Certified as an NLP Master Practitioner, Henry has dedicated over five years to training at an NLP center, in addition to being a motivational and business speaker. Henry has experienced the complexities of entrepreneurship, including dealing with government regulations. Henry champions environmentally friendly technologies, reflecting his effort to leaving a positive legacy for future generations.
